Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-Show Policy We understand that plans can change. To help us manage our scheduling and respect the time of our providers, we have a straightforward cancellation policy: If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 10% fee of the session price. If you do not attend your scheduled session without notifying us (a no-show), you will also be charged a 10% fee based on the session price. These guidelines help us maintain efficient scheduling and ensure that all clients have fair access to our services.
